"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the parent or guardian engaging our services on behalf of a student. "Student" refers to the individual receiving tutoring services. "Services" refers to the online mathematics tutoring provided by Maths Coach.

3. Services
Maths Coach provides online mathematics tutoring services to students. Our tutors are qualified to deliver these services, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.

4. Registration and Account
To use our services, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment and Refunds
5.1 Fees for our services are as listed on our website or as agreed upon in writing.
5.2 Payment is required in advance of tutoring sessions.
5.3 Refunds are only provided on a pro-rata basis, calculated on the number of weeks of lessons not provided out of the total program duration.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 For one-to-one (121) lessons, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a tutoring session.
6.2 Late cancellations or no-shows for 121 lessons may result in a charge for the full session fee.
6.3 Cancellations for group lessons are not possible. However, clients have access to lesson recordings after each session if they are unable to attend live.

7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave appropriately during tutoring sessions. We reserve the right to terminate a session or discontinue services if a student's behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Maths Coach are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our express permission.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Limitation of Liability
Maths Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
